I made a brief self-introduction at this morning Communication mtg with the President and some 150 people present. There were ~15 new people hired during the quater. John called me with some explanations why he did not reach me [before he got my last msg] and wanted to drag more... But I said the process of filing of criminal complaints will be stopped only when I receive the funds. I also rejected to meet him after work at his office. He said that he can serve me with certified checks, and I accepted that we can meet at the banking institution open late so that would accept or reject that instrument, like TFA. I also asked him to furnish W-2 ASAP. He was less willing to come here and write a memorandum to redirect a part of the premium from 4th Shift to me. I learned this morning that "a janitor" was another guy supplied by Info Sciences so there will be ~70K until 11/14 here plas ~45K before 12/1. If possible would Oleg call the general # for Attn Genera (Blue pages) and ask for Labor Related group, then ask how to file a complaint for such a case. If asked he can say he is calling for me as I don't speak enough English. My SS#055-76-5425 Information Sciences did not honor payroll checks; it redirected accts receivable to a different business, and I want their funds to be frozen at the place where I work now [Fourth Shift Corp.]. I have a letter from Info Sci about a 5K debt but they have no money on their own acct and the industry association says the owner did this scam more that once. Please reply via e-mail or call if needed. I don't panic and hope for better.
