From time to time, I find old snapshots in my archives. These date back three to six years and feature friends, lovers and strangers...

..with more or less anonymity, per subjects' requests.

Photos like these fabricate reality out of nothing, but in the absence of desriptive captions who knows what future historians would make of them.

Abstract textures.

The expressions vary more than the details.

The details tend to stay constant: eyes, hands, curves and random objects superimposed on the body. More recent photos tell more about the character than about looks, but these old snapshots might still be good for a chuckle.
