For the upcoming article in Concealed Carry magazine about .22 adapters and rimfire clones of centerfire guns. This Iver Johnson set has .22 for practice, 9mm for competitions and 45ACP for carry.
Is That a Gun in Your Pocket?
Being able to go from very casual to extremely purposeful in a second can be a tactical advantage.

A modern amazon.
The bow is for deer, a tasty doe or a wide-racked hart The pistol for evil creatures not so dear to her heart (with apologies to those who actually write good verses)
Another Kandros Custom pistol

“Paratrooper” M1 carbine
Got my hands on an Auto Ordnance M1 carbines in folding and standard configurations. I prefer the two-aperture flip sight because it doesn’t jump settings on recoil like the M2 ladder sight. I also like the wood better than the … Continue reading

STI Elektra with burlwood grips by Kevin Manley. These grips are half the usual thickness, yielding a very slim grip.
Single action for the win!

A capable new shooter at the range
One of the range visitors today was a new shooter. Alex started with S&W617 with CB caps, then shot suppressed Walther P22, Ruger 22/45, STI Elektra 9mm, suppressed Glock 17, Colt (her favorite) and Para Ordnance .45s, Coonan .357. Then … Continue reading
