ATF trying to make NFA compliance process even more onerous

This time, by restricting NFA trusts. You can comment on their web site. Here’s an example of a constructive comment written by my IP attorney Glenn Bellamy, aka Armorer at Law.

Rob Allen and Joe Huffman also have sample letters up. Please add your voice to the arguments against this ill-considered (or, more likely, ill-meant) plan by ATF.

    As things get more onerous, the incentive to ignore the Law grows …..

    ….. “Shiny! Let’s be bad guys!”

    ….. The only problem with that is this: the current bad guys (on both sides of the Law) are pretty territorrial, and more experienced than us newbs……
