I always ask my students who wear high heels if they practice shooting in them.
I just started shooting seriously, and this question came up. I’m more likely to be in sneakers or flat boots than heels, but there are times I’m dressed up. The heels do affect your shooting stance, balance, everything. So definitely, if a woman wears heels, even on rare occasions, she needs to practice shooting in them.
