   It needs to be pointed out that for “the home of the brave” there seems to be a majority of cowards. It is not a coincidence that we are losing our freedom at the same time.

     Agreed. The government knows that if the implement something that violates our rights, we’ll be upset for a period of time, and then grudgingly accept the change as “just the way it is, now”. They’re boiling a frog.

       Exactly. I say anyone who submits to the TSA for non-business reasons should lose their right to vote.

   I am routinely subjected to the unconstitutional ministrations of TSA when going to the gate to retrieve the unaccompanied minor, Dear Daughter. I am considering going wearing fluffy bunny slippers and old school, hatch door style long underwear, then handing them latex gloves, KY Jelly and a speculum.

   Too obscure a reference for any kind of effort.

   Funny the detectors don’t even work properly, and people can sneak stuff through, and that’s been known even before their deployment..

     Funny the detectors don’t even work properly, and people can sneak stuff through, and that’s been known even before their deployment.
     That depends upon what you consider their purpose to be. If their purpose is to accustom people to bowing their heads and mumbling “yes, daddy government,” they seem to be wording pretty well.
