I’m not a fan of daggers usually, but I’m a sucker for anything with a ring pommel. That is just dead sexy….
What model is this?
Model 176 SOCP, which stands for Special Operations Combatives Program. Designed by Greg Thompson, who created the SOCP training for the SOCOM guys.

Got any specs on it: length, weight, were I can buy one? I have absolutely no use for one, but I have an overwelming need to own one none the less.
They need to put a bottle opener in the handle.
I keep eyeing that benchmade… It comes with a training dagger too. What do you think of it? What did Michael Williamson say about it?
It’s a well done minimal dagger. It’s large enough to be effective but small enough to hide in a bandage. The scabbard is first rate and ready to mount via the four corner holes. I forgot to check if it would also fit inside PALS webbing.
I cann’t remember but think the ring is large enough to use as a bottle opener.
Speaking of minimal, how about the Hideaway Knife from FSI? http://www.hideawayknife.com/main.php
Talk about tiny…
