Первое фото просто умилительно
Pretty girl and dress in the first picture. Such an innocent look just before she kicks your ass.
Now the second picture is more like you want me to shoot what? Just before she suckers you into a bet and proceeds to win the bullseye contest.
Third, she’s ready to put a world of hurt on something. Just tired of the BS.
That second photo is wonderful.
Is it weird that the first thing I noticed was the third triggergroup pin in the last picture?
Красивые глаза!
Had a presentation at a range meeting by some people from BattleComp, who make compensators that are both brakes, flash hiders and comps. They’d probably give you one to play with as they’re trying to get known. They said they mostly sell to LE and military and want to expand their market. The parts look pretty good, and are made in the USA.
So, what’s the rifle in the second picture?
1915 SMLE .303
CORRECTION: 1907 SMLE
Second one seems the best to me.
She doesn’t look very little, though.
Let me guess.. 5’9″ ?
5’8″ — but she looks pre-teen in some of her other photos, which is why I think of her as “little”.
Blued steel and lace.
Sarah makes it A Thing™
I rather doubt the 1915 date of that particular SMLE rifle.
The sliding-bolt-head charger guide went out of production at the end of January, 1907, along with the early-type nose-cap with which this rifle is fitted.
Definitely a 1902 – 1907 rifle….. unless Bubba has been “improving” things.
Great photo, though! Super-cute girl, too. Both can sit in front of my Graflex (a 1938 4×5) any time they wish to!
You are right — the rifle has date stamps 06 and 07, along with ER (which I assume references King Edward VII). I took the word of the owner for the date and didn’t even bother looking for myself.
выражение глаз- “замуж не берут” (:
Love the photo with the No I Mk III SMLE. Wish she’d had a Pattern 1907 bayonet to go with it. Remind me next time, I have a spare 14″ specimen I’d be happy to loan for a photo shoot…
