    This reminds me of an old spy movie and the more I look at it I keep expecting to see a suppressed Walther PPK.

      PPK is seldom very quiet even when suppressed — blowback 380 slide opens too soon after firing.

    So for a novice, how hard is it to get legal suppressors anyway? Say I decide I need one to start saying my fruit from the danged tree rats….
