   Was there some kind of padding inside the helmet, or does the lady have a torpedo-shaped head?

   Metal and leather suspension system in a model 35. They do sit VERY high on the head, especially if the lace inside is too tight. (I’m a WW II re-enactor amongst other things) all that aside, this picture is IMHO….hot. (grin) TC

   PS back in the early 90′s there was a 2 book series of beautiful women in bits and pieces of military uniforms called “Winsome Warriors”…Look it up.

     Not her helmet or tunic or rifle…like the title says, she and her friends took it from somebody earlier. I posted that photo last week.
